Southern Tribe

Over 70 years after the war, and with the help of its sister tribe in the north, the place that perhaps held the biggest scar of the great war as been revitalized into a great city of ice once again. Though it still does not rival the northern tribe, and lacks that population to attempt such a thing, it is a far cry from the tiny igloos it used to be.
