Zuko and Apolla made it to the mountains in record time on the ostrich-horses, making it to the shade of the trees at the mountains' base by sundown. Zuko slid off his horse and helped Apolla down before unhitching their packs and setting up a fire pit.
"So my dear," Zuko said casually, sitting on a log and shooting a flame from his fingertips at the pile of sticks. They ignited instantly into a warm, blazing fire. "It seems we've found where Sarya was first. She and Shang-hui used to come here all the time, so I figured that this would be a pretty good place to start to look for clues. Not to mention the scorch marks inside the circle of rocks just over there." He cocked his head towards a charred spot in the ground where a fire had obviously been several days earlier. "And if I remember correctly, there's a nice small waterfall emptying out into a pool just through those trees, if you wanted to wash up or refill water supplies."
